1. Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and courts in Khanewal/Multan have jurisdiction.
2. Products
All products are veterinary products for animal use only. Product descriptions, images and dosage guidance are for general information. Supportive and homoeopathic formulations. Not a substitute for vaccination, veterinary diagnosis or emergency treatment. Consult a registered veterinarian for serious or persistent conditions.
3. Prescriptions
Some veterinary medicines require a prescription from a registered veterinarian. We may ask for a prescription, or refuse or cancel an order, where required by law or for animal safety.
4. Orders & pricing
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected misuse. Cash-on-delivery orders may be confirmed by phone.
5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and secure online checkout, as shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on receipt — see our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Shipping & Returns policy. For safety reasons, opened medicines may not be returnable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from misuse, incorrect dosing, or use contrary to label or veterinary advice. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
9. Intellectual property
The KM Pharmaceutical name, logo, product names, images and website content belong to us and may not be used without permission.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
